For logistics and for enterprise This overview focuses on the individual sites that make up the Last Mile Logistics Park, and their location within the network region.

All sites are situated close to the region's main trunk roads and autobahns, the A 2 and A 42 (east - west) and the A 43 (north - south). In addition, several of these sites also feature direct rail connections and/or links to the Emscher freight terminal, for multimodal shipment.

The key advantage possessed by all these sites is their central location within the Ruhr conurbation, with its more than five million residents. Our guiding motto is "Logistics at the centre of the conurbation", i.e., brownfield rather than greenfield sites.
